Most of you have probably heard of the fun contest sweeping the design blog world. It’s called the One Room Challenge, a number of designers or bloggers have 6 weeks to makeover a room and you can follow the process on their blogs.
I was very excited to have talented designers Ashlina Kaposta of The Decorista and Holly Hollingsworth Phillips from The English Room include some Jill Sorensen bedding in the makeovers.

Sharing some more stylish customer spaces! My former design assistant/graphic designer Jenny Lichtenberg was the first to test out the BANG BANG bedding! In the next month we will have this new bed design photographed and available in several colors. In this case Jenny used a KING size on top of a queen size bed Live Like You Customer style!
2011 is coming to and end. It’s crazy how fast a year flies by these days. My uncle was right, the older you get the faster time goes…Looking back it’s been a year of change. LiveLikeYou got up and running after endless planning. And of course as you make a plan, it’s funny how it always changes and things come around unexpectedly. As I was designing rooms for LLY and seeing what was available online, something I really desired was missing. Simple, graphic bedding – black or colorful for a decent price. I’m so glad I created it – The KEY BEDDING has been our biggest seller on the site! I guess a lot of people felt it was missing. I have two new bedding designs coming out in even more colors, and as soon as talented photographer Tanya Mallott takes her fab pictures after the New Year they will be available online. I hope you had a good weekend. Yesterday was a sad day reliving 9/11 having been in NYC that day ten years ago. I’m looking forward to my trip this Friday and hope to visit the new moving memorial. Seeing all the footage again yesterday, makes me fall in love with NY and America all My first bedding is now available!!
Yesterday a reporter came to my house to check out the interiors for a shoot, and to get some design ideas that people can do in their own homes. It was a PAINFUL reminder of how neglected my own house is, except for a couple of rooms. Perhaps it’s only me, but I never have FINISH your house!!
