When the renovations are going at lightning speed you often have to make really quick decisions. Luckily sometimes those decisions can be the best. I was a bit apprehensive leaving the disaster scene I did at our new place in LA. Renovating from 5000 miles away, requires some planning, but then again in the internet age anything is possible! Javier suggested we do all the boring stuff….new sewer line, new electrical wiring, new hvac system, in short all stuff that you don’t see, that would be a snooze to cover on the blog.
