Inside my Week – life in LA
Where does time go? Our life is finally getting organized here in LA. We have arrived!
We our now living in California. I still can’t believe it.
We have settled in to our cute little rented bungalow. It’s been a long, hard exhausting process emotionally and physically that included 5 days of camping in our new house with no internet for 9 days. (I now officially hate aero beds and FIOS. There I said it.)
For the longest time Luke had a wishlist — he wanted to live in a place where it was warm all the time, in a small house in a neighborhood he could bike around in, with a bedroom across the hall from mine and a mail slot in the door.
I committed to changing my life and living it the way I always had imagined, instead of settling.
It has not been easy, nothing worth doing is ever easy and I know there are challenges ahead. But we got what we wished for…

I hope you all stayed safe during the hurricane. This summer is going out with a bang I think it’s pretty safe to say! An earthquake and a monster hurricane within one week.
