Our little Bungalow.

Our little bungalow is taking shape.  Since this is a temporary rental we are making it work with only existing items from our home in Virginia. (More on that next week –how you redesign with items meant for a completely different space)

Until then… sharing some instagram  pictures ([email protected]) of the furry part of the family that now have arrived and made themselves at home.

In my opinion, no matter what you do, nothing makes you feel more at home than your pets!

Despite being a cat Bellybutton (Luke named him when he was three!) took the move across the country like a champ!

Our living room is taking shape…

Lucky is getting used to being a somewhat “city” dog.

It’s a tempting jungle out there…

Pieces from different rooms in our Virginia home now functions as master bedroom furniture. And we finally got the curtains up!

Bubba is taking in his new surroundings.

Yes this is a whole new vibe all together…

…with lots of new adventures.

Hope you are having a great week!

  1. I have been waiting to see just how you are decorating using the same things. This is a problem we all have at one time or another. Can't wait to see more and hear the details. Hope you are both happy in Calif. xo

  2. I'm so happy to see you, Luke, and furry ones all settled in with bungalow living. All your pieces work well together, wherever–proof that what you love will work with each other!

All the best in West Coast living!!!

  3. I know I'm late commenting, trying to catch up on reading my favorite blogs. Everything looks beautiful. It looks like your family is settling in nicely. And Bellybutton is probably the best cat name ever. Love it.

  4. I've been surfing online more than 4 hours today,
yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It is pretty worth enough for me.
Personally, if all website owners and bloggers made good
content as you did, the web will be much more useful than ever before.
