There has been a lot of changes going on around here. The renovations are done, I’ve got a new big office (a garden and deck in progress), a music studio, a teen room, and a new sitting room next to the master bedroom. We’ve added outdoor spaces, painted, landscaped etc.etc. Our home went from a New Office, New Rooms & New Products
Life is simply too short not to express yourself with interiors, and what better time to start then right when you are born? When real estate agent and designer Casey Napolitano (@caseynapolitano) designed the nursery for baby Gemma clad top to bottom in our or BLACK GREEK KEY WALLPAPER she didn’t hold back. Happy New Year! We’re excited to finally have a move in date. 2 1/2 years after moving in. Permits, termites, you name it delayed the guest house renovations. We’re putting the finishing touches on it this week and I cannot wait to move into it. Everything is light and Swedish inspired with some art deco Guest House Update – One Week to Move in

Finally. The library is done. Down to the wire like always! Swedish photographer Anna Maria (Instagram @annamariafotograf) came here at the last minute to shoot so we could include the artwork from our charity which just arrived the night before and was the perfect missing piece for the room. The bedroom I designed for Luke when we first moved in here was bland. He told me NO color, just white, please make it plain, maybe just a little gray. Our previous house in Virginia had so much color he needed me to tone things down for the LA house. It took him only a Intriguing inspiration for an unusual teen space
Paint colors. One of my favorite subjects. While I love bold paint colors in a home (and lots of them), in the master bedroom I prefer peaceful soothing colors as a back drop.
