I’m surprising myself a lot lately by loving more neutral spaces. However….I should clarify neutral spaces with something going on of course! I love the pretty and fresh vibe in this family room designed by Studio Mc Gee. It’s neutral, relaxing yet with textures and a touch of something unusual. Thank You for your comments regarding the front door. Seems it was a toss up between navy and yellow? Thankfully I still have a little time to decide. First we’re going to start next week by painting our house a nice white color. After that is done, I’ll see how it feels and decide what Do I dare to paint our house like this?

With the kitchen now functional and being the only furnished part of the house I’m eager to finish some more rooms. The dining area next to the kitchen is being planned out, and I’ve started the the designs for our TV room. Although I haven’t formally selected any pieces this is the vibe I’m going Design plans for our TV room
